Breast cancer

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women – nearly 1 in 11 women will develop breast cancer before age 75.

BreastScreen Australia provides free breast screening every two years for all well women without symptoms in Australia aged 50 to 69. Women aged 70 and over may also attend for screening.
